The good part about it is the garage! Years ago I wanted to buy a house in Argentina so I went there. I got a car rental and I saw that many people had the problem of parking since there is not much space there. That is why I finally signed for a Buenos Aires real estate with parking lot so I would not have that problem. I could see how much difficulty it brought to others and I did not want to be stuck with a house in which there was no place for my car!
